With this in mind, we were delighted to host a visit from officials at SIFA in November, who spent a day auditing our internal processes, reporting mechanisms and key risk management systems and the controls that Milford & Dormor Financial Planning have in place. We were pleased with their report which, as well as confirming the overarching range of activities that we do, gave us a fresh perspective on industry developments, and also providing hints and tips for areas we already excel in and can continue to push to new levels of performance.
