We have recently reviewed our Client Agreement as part of our commitment to providing a transparent fee structure. Please click here for more details.
On 24 October 2015 the Financial Times published an article commenting on a Which? survey about how ‘Most financial advisers fail to publish fees’:
More than two-thirds of independent financial advisers fail to publish their fees and charges online, making it difficult for customers to shop around.
Some 349 of 500 UK adviser firms surveyed by Which?, the consumer group, failed to indicate fees on their websites, while only two per cent of sites gave “genuinely useful information”, such as a breakdown of charges. One in 10 advisers refused to give any indication of costs over the phone.
We are delighted and proud that we are one of few firms to publish our full fees, so we can act in the best interests of our clients at all times.
